Thursday, October 22 – Callingwood Road Presbyterian Church, Edmonton, Alberta, is working on a plan that will shape their identity and ministry focus concerning property and ministry. Pray that the Session will hear the Lord's Word and direction. Pray, too, for their pastor, the Rev. Rodger McEachern.
Friday, October 23 – Pray for St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Parry Sound, Ontario, under the direction of their Music Director Len Ballantine as they host a Sing Along evening of music with old and new praise songs. Pray that this evening will draw not only members of the congregation, but also those from the community.
Saturday, October 24 – Pray for the Kids' Connection outreach ministry at Fellowship Presbyterian Church, Etobicoke, Ontario, as they reach out to build meaningful relationships in their community every Saturday. Pray, too, for the new Kid's Connection Ministry Coordinator, Brieseida Ruiz.
Sunday, October 25 – Pray for Kortright Presbyterian Church, Guelph, Ontario, the Rev. Grant Vissers, Session and staff as they reach out to their neighbourhood with a variety of community groups.
Monday, October 26 – Knox Spadina Presbyterian Church is across the street from the University of Toronto, Canada's largest university campus, as well as other nearby colleges and universities. Pray for Christ's ministry to be effective through retreats, prayer gatherings, social events, Bible studies, barbecues, and networking.
Tuesday, October 27 – Pray that the Lord would rekindle a fire for evangelism amongst the members of the Nigerian Presbyterian Church, Toronto, Ontario, and enable them to reach out to various Nigerian and non-Nigerian communities with the Gospel.
Wednesday, October 28 – Westminster Presbyterian Church, Barrie, Ontario, hosts small groups called Vine Groups based on John 15:1-5. Pray for them as they gather to discuss the sermon and Bible readings from the previous Sunday. Pray also for persecuted and impoverished believers in northern Ethiopia who are suffering due to ongoing military conflict. Pray especially for born-again believers in the Woldia Full Gospel Church.
Thursday, October 29 – Callingwood Road Presbyterian Church, Edmonton, Alberta, has started a Bible study/prayer/fellowship group for young adults. Pray that the Spirit would build this group in both numbers and leadership capacity.
Friday, October 30 – Reformation Day – Give thanks for God's ongoing grace and guidance. Pray that the Lord may continue to reform us as we seek to honour Him. Pray that Christians may be given confidence and grace to share their faith in the workplace and faithfully witness to people who have questions about God and the life of faith.
Saturday, October 31 – Pray for pastors traveling to Mississauga for the fifth annual Presbyterian Church in Canada Pastor's Retreat, organized by the Renewal Fellowship with generous support from Vaughan Community Church and other faithful congregations.
Sunday, November 1 – All Saints Day – Ask God to increase the scope and clarity of our vision, as well as our courage to be and act as God's faithful ones [saints] in the communities in which we live.
Monday, November 2 – Pray for the annual Presbyterian Church in Canada Pastor's Retreat, today through Wednesday at Queen of Apostles Renewal Centre in Mississauga, Ontario. Pray that the Holy Spirit would speak through presenter Roland DeVries and worship leader Temeka Williams, and that the pastors would be revived.
Tuesday, November 3 – Our missionary, Paul McLean, is in Taiwan all this month visiting and supporting indigenous Bible translation teams. Pray that the Holy Spirit would inspire each team to persevere faithfully and accurately in their work until the day of publication.
Wednesday, November 4 – Pray for the board of directors of the Renewal Fellowship, meeting in person today at the conclusion of the Presbyterian Church in Canada Pastor's Retreat. Pray that the Renewal Fellowship may find ways to be a renewed voice of encouragement for biblical believers within the denomination.
Thursday, November 5 – Dunamis is sponsoring the course, "Equipping for Spiritual Warfare", at Bethel Community Church, Edmonton, Alberta, over the next three days.
Friday, November 6 – Pray for the ecumenical ministerial in northern New Brunswick as they cooperate with each other in support of social concerns in the region.
Saturday, November 7 – Pray for the potluck dinner family movie night today at Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church, Ridgetown, Ontario, which has experienced modest growth by reaching out into the community while proclaiming and preaching the Word of God and faithfully opening the Bible for midweek study.
Sunday, November 8 – Thank the Lord for being the firm foundation of Clairlea Park Presbyterian Church, Scarborough, Ontario, as they joyfully celebrate their 75th anniversary and look forward to the future with hope.
Monday, November 9 – Pray that the small yet faithful Atlantic Mission Society auxiliaries of New Brunswick may know that their mission outreach is not in vain.
Tuesday, November 10 – As Presbyteries across the country look at their congregations that have not had a minister for an extended time, pray that God would give them wisdom and direction as they visit these congregations.
Wednesday, November 11 – Remembrance Day – Pray for our brothers and sisters serving in our armed forces, and especially for those who are presently away from their families. Pray, too, that the Lord would comfort families who have lost loved ones due to war.
Thursday, November 12 – Praise God for the young families who continue to swell the Sunday School numbers at Knox Spadina Presbyterian Church, Toronto, Ontario. Pastor Mirim is busy expanding the programme to allow for more age-specific groupings of children. Pray that the Lord would supply her with more enthusiastic volunteers who see both the need and the privilege of presenting Christ and His gospel of love to children.
Friday, November 13 – Pray for Lyca, Hastings, Rammy, and Takwonda as they continue to lead the Friends of Prisons ministry in Malawi, Africa. Ask the Lord for strength, encouragement, and protection as they bring hope and dignity to men and women who are often forgotten. Pray especially that God would encourage them when the ministry is difficult and would help them overcome any discouragement they may face.
Saturday, November 14 – Give thanks for the generosity that continues to sustain the Malawi Friends of Prison Ministry. Pray that God would continue to provide the resources needed to care for the basic needs of men and women in prison, especially as costs continue to rise. Pray for generous hearts and for wisdom in using every gift to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those being served.
Sunday, November 15 – Pray for the Rev. Lora Nafziger and Gerald (Gerry) Kent, both Presbyterian Church in Canada mission staff in Nepal. Pray for their safety amidst political and environmental unrest in Nepal.
Monday, November 16 – Pray for Chippawa Presbyterian Church, Niagara Falls, Ontario, its interim moderator, the Rev. Clyde Ervine, and Session as they discern the next steps in the congregation's journey.
Tuesday, November 17 – Pray for the Presbytery of Essex-Kent, meeting this evening at Lakeshore St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Lakeshore, Ontario.

Thursday, November 19 – Pray for the Rural Ministry Mentoring Group, led by the Rev. Dr. Christine O'Reilly through Presbyterian College, that they might know best how to encourage small rural congregations which are struggling with declining attendance and the growing cost of building insurance.
Friday, November 20 – Pray for Knox Presbyterian Church, Wallaceburg, Ontario, where lives are being transformed through the proclamation of Jesus Christ under the energetic leadership of Lay Missionary Jason Cartier. Pray that the congregation may become financially self-supporting so it can continue to offer community outreach, youth ministries, and vibrant witness.
Saturday, November 21 – Glenbrook Presbyterian Church, Mississauga, Ontario, has an English as a Second Language program. Pray for the teaching team as they work hard to show God's love and encourage those who are seeking to learn English and the Canadian way of life. Praise God that some of these friends are joining other church activities.
Sunday, November 22 – Christ the King Sunday – Pray for the work of Presbyterian World Service and Development as it seeks to serve vulnerable communities around the world. Ask God that sufficient funding from congregations and individuals may enable them to work to end hunger, poverty, and injustice and to glorify the King!
Monday, November 23 – St. Andrew's Hall, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, British Columbia, would welcome your prayers for the work of their Chaplain the Rev. Sumarme Goble as she shapes their common life together in a community of 250 students through weekly prayer, Bible study, discipleship programs, hospitality, and Wednesday night soup gatherings.

Wednesday, November 25 – As we look around our congregations, we see folks with age-related struggles or diagnosed illnesses. Ask that the Lord would show us how to reach out and support one another, whether it is a visit, a helping hand, or simply a kind word to let them know that we care and are praying for them.
Thursday, November 26 – Pray for the men and women who are released from prison in Malawi and around the world as they begin the difficult transition back into everyday life. Ask God to prepare their families and communities to welcome them home and help them find acceptance, reconciliation, and a renewed sense of belonging. Pray that they would have the support and opportunities they need to rebuild their lives and move forward with hope.
Friday, November 27 – Pray for the Golden Friendship Seniors Group that meets on the last Friday of each month at Cheyne Presbyterian Church, Stoney Creek, Ontario, that God would encourage them in their faithfulness to Him and others in their later years.
